Twice my friend's mom Babs has made this amazing dip for a party I've attended, and I asked for the recipe both times. She was gracious to give it to me... both times :)
1 (14 oz.) can artichokes (NOT marinated, drained and chopped fine
1 c. Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp. garlic powder
Dash of lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in ovenproof dish. Bake at 350° about 15-20 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serve hot with crackers or party pumpernickel.
