Goulash

Cousin Ashley's favorite recipe is her mom’s Goulash. She shared it with Stacy for the cookbook.

½ cubed beef
1 onion chopped
1/8 tsp mustard
¾ tsp paprika
1 T brown sugar
½ tsp salt
1 ½ T Worcestershire
3 Tbsp ketchup
½ tsp vinegar
¾ c water
1 ½ T flour

Brown meat. Add onion and spices. Add ½ c water, stir & cover. Cook ~ 15 minutes. Blend ¼ c water and flour in separate bowl (add water to flour while mixing to prevent lumps). Add mixture to thicken. Serve over rice, noodles or bread.
