My Grandma used to make this super simple, but very good soup!
2 chicken breasts,
1 package dry onion soup mix
½ lb celery, chopped
½ lb carrots, chopped
1 can creamed corn
1 can peas
Steam chicken until no longer pink in 1 ½ - 2 quarts of water. Remove chicken (save water) Shred chicken and add back into water. Add in soup mix, celery and carrots. Boil until tender. Add corn and peas (juice and all). Simmer to blend flavors. Add salt/pepper/seasonings to taste.
