Hamburger Dip

Aunt Sarah shared this warm, cheesy dip for Stacy's cookbook - and it is wonderful!

2 tbsp. butter
½ to ¾ lb hamburger
½ c chopped onion
1 lb Velveta Cheese
1 jar salsa- 11 ½ oz

Brown meat in butter and add onion. Drain. In saucepan melt cheese in salsa over low heat. Add drained meat and onion. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
