Hibiscus Tea Punch

Elizabeth found this recipe and made it for my baby shower. It has been such a hit that it's made several more appearances - including Madeleine's first birthday and Stacy's baby shower. It is light and sparkling (much like Elizabeth), and a beautiful color!
