I am infamous for not cooking, so to include me in the recipe book is pretty funny. My most famous recipe is Hot Chile Dip.

1 block of cream cheese
1 can of Hormel chili - no beans
Shredded cheddar cheese
Pat the cream cheese on the bottom of a microwave dish, pour chili over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Heat approx 3 minutes, until cheese is melted - serve with taco chips.
