Jim shared this stuffing recipe for Stacy's cookbook.
1 ½ bags stuffing mix
1 lb frozen pork sausage
1 onion minced
3 stalks celery diced
1 ½ to 2 cans Swanson chicken broth
4 eggs
course ground pepper to taste
Cook pork sausage. Mix all ingredients together until desired consistency is achieved. A small about of warm water may need to be added. Plenty to stuff a 20 lb. turkey plus fill a nice size casserole dish. Bake casserole at 350° for 45 minutes to an hour.
