I found this online, but can't remember where. It looked so beautiful that I had to save the recipe to try at a later date :)
2 box cake mixes + ingredients
1 jar raspberry preserves (or your favorite)
12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
Bake your favorite cake mix according to package directions in a 10 inch spring-form pan. Allow to cool, remove from pan and divide cakes in half. Return one cake layer into the spring-form pan. Heat desired amount of preserves in microwave 10-15 seconds to soften. Pour onto cake layer and spread evenly. Add another layer of cake into pan and gently press into place. Add preserves and spread. Add top cake layer. Heat chocolate chips and milk in microwave for one minute. Remove and stir to incorporate. Return to microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir until smooth. Pour onto top of cake and place in freezer to cool for 2 hours. Score with knife and remove. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
