Aunt Sarah shared this lemon bar recipe for Stacy's cookbook
1 C. butter
½ C powdered sugar
2 C. flour
Mix well into a soft dough. Pat into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
Combine:
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
4 T. flour
½ C. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking powder
2 C. white sugar
1 T. corn starch
Mix well. Pour over the partially baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when done.
