Marilyn’s Tuna Salad

1 can tuna in oil, drained
2 boxes medium shells, cooked to package instructions
2 stalks celery chopped
1 small can peas drained (save juice)
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon beau monde
1 small onion chopped
1 cup mayo thinned with pea juice

Combine all ingredients. Slice one hard boiled egg on top and sprinkle with paparika.
