Southwestern Soup

Elizabeth shared this warm, spicy soup for Stacy's cookbook.

1 medium diced onion
1 large can hickory baked beans
1 – 2 cans rotel tomatoes and green chilies
2 cans progresso minestrone soup
2 small cans of water
2 tablespoons of whiskey

Brown ground beef with onions. Add remaining ingredients and simmer till heated though. Serves 6.
