These are my favorite Christmas cookies, so I thought I'd share them with you. Happy Cookie Making!

2 c butter
1-8oz package cream cheese
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
4 ½ c flour
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter & cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla & salt. Gradually add flour. You might want to chill the dough before rolling out ~ 1 hour.
Roll out onto floured surface to desired thickness. Remember, there is no baking soda or powder, so these cookies will not rise, so roll out to the thickness you want. Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes.
